Job Description:
Ruthie is responsible for providing students in East Tennessee with college and career planning information. She does this through day and evening presentations that cover a variety of topics including admissions, financial aid, and career planning. Ruthie provides teachers and counselors training on the Tennessee College and Career Planning System at www.planningyourdreams.org. She also introduces students to our college planning website, www.eCampusTours.com, where students can view virtual tours of over 1,300 colleges across the country as well as receive vital college planning articles. Free college and career planning materials for students can be ordered by contacting Ruthie directly.
Work Experience:
Ruthie has been with Edsouth since March 2006. Prior to EdSouth, she worked at Tennessee Wesleyan College from 1995-1998 as an admissions counselor and from 1998-2006 as the Director of Admissions.
